Industry analysts compare market participants and measure performance through in-depth interviews, analysis, and extensive secondary research in order to identify best practices in the industry.

Awards Methodology

Frost & Sullivan follows a rigorous measurement based methodology to select the nominees in each category. The following measurement parameters will be used in conducting the detailed study of each nominated company based on actual market performance indicators. Some variations on specific measurements may apply to certain categories. Base year for benchmarking study is financial year 2013.

• Subscribers and growth in subscriber base

The short listed companies are interviewed, and the analysts compare the data collected with proprietary Frost & Sullivan resources, as well as secondary research available from public sources.
